For Amex MR, the engine applies a 1:1 transfer to Aeroplan and the Canadian 4:3 ratio to Asia Miles (1,000 MR → 750 Asia Miles). RBC Avion converts 1:1 into Asia Miles under the current partner agreement. Marriott Bonvoy is treated as a hotel-to-airline currency using the 3:1 base ratio, then explicitly optimized around the Marriott 60,000-point bonus loophole: every complete 60K block transferred earns an additional 5,000-mile milestone bonus, so 60,000 Bonvoy becomes 25,000 airline miles (60,000 ÷ 3 + 5,000) rather than a naive 20,000. Dynamic pricing dominates the home-program side of Air Canada Aeroplan, United MileagePlus, Delta SkyMiles, and Air France / KLM Flying Blue. Prices float with cash-fare demand, remaining seats, day of week, and even the traveler's search history. Aeroplan publishes a documented dynamic band (for example 60,000–100,000 for North America ↔ Europe business), so you always have a floor and a ceiling — but the exact number on any given day is algorithmic.
